Dubai broker card fee and application: DLD service steps
Published
DLD currently lists AED 500 to issue a real-estate broker card. Its online service path is: log in to Trakheesi and select the service, submit details and documents, receive system acceptance, pay online, then print the e-card. DLD publishes a five-minute service time and says validity is linked to the trade licence.
The published DLD fee
DLD’s Issuance of a Real Estate Professional Practice Card service currently lists AED 500 for issuing a real-estate broker card. The page separately lists a broker exam at AED 700 plus AED 10 knowledge and AED 10 innovation fees, and an ERES fee of AED 50 plus VAT. Check the live service before payment because service fees and conditions can change.
The listed broker-card amount is not a promise of the full cost for every applicant. DLD’s service terms and the applicant’s current situation control any examination, eligibility or other applicable requirement.
DLD’s online application sequence
- 01
Log in to Trakheesi and select the service
This is DLD’s first published step for professional practice-card applications.
- 02
Submit details and required documents
DLD says to enter details, upload the required documents and submit the application. Check the live service for the applicant’s exact document set.
- 03
Wait for system acceptance
DLD lists review and acceptance through the online system before payment.
- 04
Pay online and print the e-card
DLD then lists online payment and printing the card directly from the system. The issued document is an e-card.
Time and validity are separate questions
DLD currently publishes a five-minute service time. That is the authority’s listed service time, not a guarantee that prerequisites or review questions are complete for every applicant. DLD also says that card validity is linked to the trade licence, so use the live authority service when timing an application or renewal decision.
