PHII LABS (FZC), SRTIP License No. 11340, operates allrealestate as a broker SaaS workspace. We process the minimum data needed to run broker accounts, private client links, billing, security, and support.
Broker data
We process your Clerk account identifier, phone or email supplied through authentication, profile name, optional brand name, WhatsApp number, subscription state, properties, media, private collection settings, and audit records for sensitive actions.
What we do not collect
MVP does not collect client name, phone, WhatsApp message text, CRM records, or chat history. Contact happens directly between the client and the broker through WhatsApp or other channels the broker operates.
Anonymous click counts
Private client links do not load client-side analytics tools. We count WhatsApp button clicks on our server for broker activity metrics. IP address and browser details are stored only as one-way server-side hashes and are retained for 90 days.
Data location
Application data lives in PostgreSQL hosted on PowerVPS. Media is stored on Backblaze B2 (S3-compatible) in the EU-Central region and may be delivered through Cloudflare CDN. Payments are processed by Stripe; authentication is processed by Clerk.
Your rights
Brokers may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their account data. Some audit, billing, security, and legal records may be retained where required for compliance, dispute handling, or fraud prevention.
