This AUP applies to every broker account on allrealestate. The current version is recorded in the application database for auditability.
DLD / RERA compliance
You confirm that you hold any broker registration required for your activity and that every property you store, publish, or share through allrealestate complies with applicable UAE, Dubai Land Department, and RERA requirements. Where a permit, Form A, marketing agreement, QR code, owner consent, or developer approval is required, you are responsible for obtaining it before sharing the property.
AML and client verification
You are responsible for any anti-money-laundering obligations that apply to transactions you broker. allrealestate is a SaaS tool, not a broker, brokerage, agent, introducer, escrow provider, or party to a transaction.
Property truthfulness
Information you store or share (price, size, photos, building, availability, permits, authority and description) must be accurate and not misleading. Misleading properties or collections may be removed without notice.
Client privacy
You will not capture client personal data through allrealestate. Private client links do not collect client PII; contact happens directly via your WhatsApp or other channels you operate yourself.
No public catalog use
You must not use allrealestate to create a public searchable catalog, open inventory page, cross-broker database exchange, or marketplace. Links are for targeted private sharing with selected clients.
Acceptable content
No content that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates third-party rights. No embedded media, scripts, or executable files in uploaded floor plans.
Account suspension
We may revoke links, hide collections, archive properties, or suspend accounts after a complaint, legal request, suspected permit issue, or repeated policy breach. Audit log entries are retained per applicable retention rules.
