Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through Stripe Customer Portal - your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Cancellation
Plan limits count saved properties. On cancellation or downgrade, properties above the target plan limit may be archived so they are no longer shareable. Archived properties still count toward the saved-property cap until you permanently delete them.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case, including duplicate billing, billing error, material service outage, or any refund right required by applicable UAE law. Subscription fees for an active monthly period are otherwise generally not refunded after access has started.
Disputes
Open billing disputes via Stripe Customer Portal or email phiilabs.team@gmail.com. Informal chat messages are not treated as formal billing notices.
