A private property link is an unlisted page built for one client conversation. It shows the client enough to weigh the option while the sensitive details stay with the broker, and it points the next message straight back to whoever prepared it.
Private means shared on purpose
The URL should be hard to guess and should not be built from the broker name, exact address, area slug, or public filters. You send it to a client when that specific option or shortlist is relevant.
Show enough to decide, not everything you know
Price, photos, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, building or project, and basic location context usually belong on the page. Internal IDs, admin fields, title deed files, broker notes, and client personal data do not.
